Becky is a strategic risk management executive with years of demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining value-added risk management departments. Currently, she is the founder of RTE and Company, and her career has included risk management roles at Freddie Mac and consulting opportunities partnered with PwC.
She has been successful in helping companies in their enterprise risk management (ERM) journey.
She is passionate about risk management and has seen how implementing a risk management function not only positions companies to grow but empowers its employees to start thinking critically. In her experience, our methodology breakdowns silos and improves efficiencies.
